After studying SEO of each of my websites, I noticed that a new SEO strategy is needed for Property2Search.com website. At the moment the website received only little traffic. Hopefully, with the new implement SEO strategy, it will improve the traffics a lot. Here is what I do to improve the SEO:

1.       Analyst “property” keyword at www.nichebotclassic.com

 

2.       From the above screenshot, you will noticed that “real estate property listings” is the highest searched keyword with 4,310 daily global searched, so lets use this keyword to replace the title of Property2Search.com website.

3.       1^st step improve the website title and keyword page:

a.       Rename the website title to “real estate property listings”

b.       Insert “real estate property listings” in description and keyword meta tag

c.       Upload the latest website to the web server

4.       2^nd step is link building:

a.       Placed a link with keyword “real estate property listings” in high PR websites. I have my own high PR websites like shockinglabs.com, expensestrackr.com and money2manage.com, soo I replaced with the new keyword first.

b.       Placed a link in social book marking website like digg.com, stumbleupon, blinklist, delicious, and many more.

c.       Placed a link in social networking website like myspace, friendster, facebook and many more.

5.       Submit the link to search engines like Yahoo.com, Google, msn via Search Engine submission software. Fyi, currently I used Web submit software, it has been serving me very well.

That’s all. Now I need to sit back and monitor the traffic in next 1 – 2 months. I have a plan to pay for a link building services, but I will hold it first, let see whether what I have been doing above is working or not. Anyway, I would appreciate your input to improve the SEO as well. Thank you.

After two days of hard work, I am very exicted to inform that the migration has been completed. Now I know how easy it is to use BlogEngine.NET. It is almost the same user experiences like using Wordpress. Thanks BlogEngine.NET.

After one month of hard works, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) web portal project is finally live and completed. On its first day (20-Feb-2008) of launching, we received a total of 152,612 hits per day and its increasing to 270,392 hits on its second day (refer below statistic). This is my first web project that received huge amount of hits per day and I am very happy with the performance. Hopefully it’s continuing to goes smooth as it is now.
